It's more of a preference for me, though I must note that those slimmer kemono styled ones are better from a practical standpoint, it is considerably easier to perform in them, and, they are lighter, not as insulating too

Some swim against the current, the others let it carry them, some avoid it completely, even less use it to swim faster. In my case sinking would be the best course of action I suppose, can't drown in the thing you use to breathe constantly.
