In high school I feared nuclear war. (Nope, didn't happen)

As an older adult. I fear for my rights, I fear for my daughter, I fear for my trans friends. I fear for my friends who are not white.

Cooked bacon in the oven for first time.
Top rack they came out fairly chewy how I like it.
Bottom rack a lot more crispy. Too crispy for me (gonna crumble for salads)
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook @400° for 15min. Can put in during preheat.
Paper towels on plate. Use/toss grease.
