It's moves like this that reveal the silver lining of US withdrawal from WHO, even amidst the damage done by this rogue state (there and elsewhere - see recent estimates of 600,000 deaths already due to USAID shutdown).
I’m here in Polokwane and the US just blocked a G20 Health Minister declaration, refused to include UHC or Equity because, well, they don’t believe in universal, taxes, equity, or solidarity they say

Really wish @cbcradiocanada.bsky.social was highlighting that Canada's military ally is apparently abandoning the rules of engagement, instead of focusing on the gender-neutral, "male-level" fitness standards part of Hegseth's speech 🙄
Hegseth: "We unleash overwhelming and punishing violence on the enemy. We also don't fight with stupid rules of engagement. We untie the hands of our warfighters to intimidate, demoralize, hunt, and kill the enemies of our country. No more politically correct and overbearing rules of engagement."
