Our recent analysis shows that the Scottish government's new approach to disability benefits has not proven to be a "light touch", despite focusing on delivering "dignity, fairness and respect".

Organisations representing doctors, nurses, teachers, social workers and health visitors, as well as housing experts and anti-poverty charities, all agree that the government should abolish the two-child limit in full to turn the tide on child poverty.
We’ve joined 100+ others in calling for the government to fully scrap the two-child limit. Every child deserves the best start in life. By fully scrapping the two-child limit the government can deliver a decisive shift in children’s opportunities, and in the UK's potential.
