I watch netball. I can tell you ALL about the international and league netball players (if you ask… I don’t generally just insert the info). They’re awesome athletes, very hard working and talented. They are not, however, heroes.

So it wastes money (these things are not cheap) and makes an extremely temporary, vague point that does nothing except generate clicks or ad sales in social platforms.

It generates some videos or photos, like this one. Which is then shared by outrage grifters on both sides, thereby giving the brand a nice shout-out. I doubt it does anything to actually generate conversation or the end goal, which is to persuade people to the left side.

Sure, for a few hours it depicts that. Although I do think a right-wing nut job could make a pretty convincing argument that it’s an endorsement of the current admin.

Anyhow, allowing the point that this does somehow convey that democracy is facing demise, how exactly does this do anything?

There are many Japanese meals that are easily made at home. We have gyudon and similar meals often. Easy to make, put some side dishes with it (a simple salad with a sesame dressing is a winner), some rice. So delicious.
