I've been sleeping most of yesterday and today. I hate calling out of work, always makes me feel guilty for some reason but I do think I needed it. Hoping eaking up tomorrow wont be the struggle that it was today. Just little over two weeks until I can take the last of my PTO for the year. Crazy

Am I the crazy one thinking it's insane that a person who works 15 to 20 hours a week asks a person who works 60+ hours a week to work a 14 hour shift at the end of the week, when you've only been working 15 minutes in to your shift? Even if you aren't feeling well, the balls.

I'm tired. 1 month down, 2 to go until the end of the year. Then I just gotta get through January to take some time off in February. Ugh. Burnout is a bitch.

I was working on a commission and this was my favorite of the choices. I'm not going to show what was chosen as it will be used for the commissioner but I wanted to show this one too. The black and white shows the water droplets a bit better but the color be popping.

I came out for some ice cream. Thoughts swirling in my head. Nostalgia thick in the evening air. Reminiscent of a summer night long since past. Bright slightly full moon hanging low in the sky. Pondering life and what it has in store for me. A slight tinge of sadness.

Mamma Tsuki is visiting this weekend. I've been so stressed for the past week and when she arrived I instantly felt my stress melt away. When she leaves I will be stressed as all get out again but I'll just enjoy my time for now.
