Dog ate your REAL ID? Don’t have another acceptable form of ID? TSA ConfirmID might be your answer to fly. Starting Feb. 1, 2026, travelers without an acceptable form of ID may pay a $45 fee to verify their identity through TSA ConfirmID.

TSA K9 Steeler was born in 2023 on Super Bowl Sunday, & all his littermates were named after NFL teams. K9 Steeler was also honored as TSA’s Cutest Canine in August 2025, which led to him being the cover boi on TSA’s 2026 Cutest Canine calendar. This dawg just wins!

This K9 clocked out of work for the last time back in November 2025. Meet Boston’s retired TSA canine, Hunter. He’s now fulfilling his retirement mission of snacking and snoozing on repeat. With 9 pawsome years of service, this good boi deserves some serious relaxation.
