A specific suggestions are:

- The 5% DR and 15% health gained should be decoupled from the elementals' continued existences. It should last 30 seconds regardless of Rocky's fate.

- Increase the potency of Healing Stream Totem even if it means increasing the cooldown for non-resto specs.

To be honest, I believe that these abilities are paying a tax because of the existence of Nature's Guardian. NG triggers automatically at 35% and heals for 20% of our max HP. This ability is utterly passive and is currently stronger than casting 2 HSTs back to back with no player agency or input.

I have not mentioned Astral Shift before, but it feels as if it is the only viable option to press at times, and I don't see how a 40% DR on a 2-minute CD can coexist on the same bar as whatever mess of effects Rocky is bringing on a 3-minute DR.

Earth Shield procs to heal approximately 1% of your total health. I guess the true power of this ability is the 20% healing amp to all your heals with one of your Earth Shields on them.

Maelstrom Weapon has been reworked. It no longer affects heals directly. Now, the Raging Maelstrom talent allows us to heal without using MSW stacks directly. The unfortunate consequences are situations where you must spend 2 GCDs to reactively heal. Healing Surge restores ~ 4% HP unbuffed.

Consuming Maelstrom Weapon causes your next Healing Surge or Chain Heal to gain 100% of the benefits of Maelstrom Weapon based on the stacks consumed.

Earth Elemental has been reduced to half its duration but has a 3-minute cooldown (down from 5 minutes). Unfortunately, the elemental has issues holding aggro (especially against multiple enemies), and the benefits of Earth Elemental end as soon as the elemental itself dies.

He looks so good yet falls short of being a rock-solid defensive.

Currently, Healing Stream Totem heals less than 1/10 of our total HP over its 18-second duration. Every 2 seconds, you regain 1% of health. It takes about 10 seconds of the totem's duration to negate the damage of one white swing from outdoor NPCs, from what I have experienced.

In the desecrated Troll ruins stands a useless relic of class design.

It's early in Midnight's Alpha. I must stress that numbers are still in flux, talents have yet to be implemented, and sometimes there are just bugs. That said, Enhancement survivability needs some attention even now.
