USTA regionals today. Im ready

Wow sorry for the lack of updates. Dr went well. Ended up about 6 lbs from goal. USTA season is herw so will def bw gettong more excersize. Also have been avg 15k steps a day for May.

WLJ. So far so good. Lost 3 lbs. Tennis Yesterday. Only snag was my atwps didnt track. Fixd it.

Ready for a renewed motivation in heath. Will be using this to track some progress.
