So thankfully it looks like my "midlife crisis" is turning into taking my last 3 years in the gym into getting back into hiking/backpacking, and picking up where I left off 25 years ago with Taekwondo.

The protest in Chandler was a blast! I was too busy to take a ton of pics, but I had to get a few inflatables in at least. We had about 3000 people and a news helicopter, and a few MAGA assholes driving by to laugh and yell at. ;3

Good lord! We got 2.3 inches of rain last night! This on top of the 1.5 inches since the tropical storm remnants hit, with probably another inch to go between today and tomorrow!
That will top out at over half the desert's yearly rainfall total, all in four days! ;3

Looking forward to heading up to Pine over the weekend to dick around in the woods and check out another portion of the Arizona Trail, our state's cousin of the Appalachian Trail, which I've hiked about 150-200 miles of way back in the day. :3

So after 3 straight years of strength training, my musculature has improved immensely, (40 lb of gains) but my joints are trashed, so I tried the peptides BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-cu and now I have injuries from my teenage years healing, not to mention my rolled ankle and shoulder issues!
