Great cranberry sauce is easy as hell. It takes maybe 15 minutes.
1 bag crans
1/2 c OJ
1/4 c vodka
2 fat pinches salt
2/3 c granulated sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper (trust)
Put all that in a pot and cook on medium heat until berries pop and texture and taste brings joy.
Will store 5 days ez

Gotta wet brine a turkey and that bad boi be bobbing at the top and not fully submerged? You could buy expensive food weights, or you can vacuum seal a little free weight and use that.

I was breaking up some malt balls for ice cream today and it appears as though these balls from nuts dot com are standard whoppers that were then coated in more chocolate? Very odd.

It feels like beef jerky these days is getting more and more what I call "wet." Why this jerky so soft and squishy? Why is the bag filled with moisture?

I don't think I like Borderlands 4. It's not that it's a bad game. It's fine. I miss the power fantasy of getting super powerful and mercing low level baddies

I've watched enough episodes of Company Man to be celebrating a leveraged buy out. If what Jason is saying turns out to be true, being saddled with $20Billion in debt is going to be a crazy hole to dig out of.
