I'm following a pizza recipe for a Chicago pan pizza. Just got the dough in the fridge and the sauce made as well. We'll try it out tomorrow.

I did 8.5 miles today. Slowly working up the distance again with the new 3 miles of jogging and 10 minutes of walking cycles. I plan to start some bench pressing too, following a plan my friend likes to do. I need earbuds that last longer than 1~2 hours lol

Did a little research and settled on Dymatize protein powder. I read some powders have heavy metals and this brand was recommended by the Clean Label Project. We'll see how I like that mixed with plain nonfat yogurt.
