Had a fun day doing a Commander box sealed draft. I used Mystery Booster 2, others had Tarkir Dragonstorm, Avatar, Edge of Eternities and Spider-Man. It was a good time!

Made it 10.5 miles today with the 3 miles and 10 minute walk cycles!

I did 8.5 miles today. Slowly working up the distance again with the new 3 miles of jogging and 10 minutes of walking cycles. I plan to start some bench pressing too, following a plan my friend likes to do. I need earbuds that last longer than 1~2 hours lol

I ran my fastest 6.5 miles this morning. I'm not fast but it's nice to see little improvements!

Did a little research and settled on Dymatize protein powder. I read some powders have heavy metals and this brand was recommended by the Clean Label Project. We'll see how I like that mixed with plain nonfat yogurt.
