Promethazine (US prescription only?) much more effective than Benadryl. Starts to impact ability to drive etc but better option than weed / alcohol.
There's honestly something else going on if these don't work. Only prescribed for short term use, all of these you start to develop a tolerance to.

Know chicken jjigae isn't meant to be anywhere near as spicy as buldak etc but just seemed bland.

Pretty normal here, same day appointments are the only ones offered for some years now.
More that there's no option to book in advance or online. Just a phone call lottery come 8am.

It was better as had a syrupy feel to it... Which was mostly lost with the sugar tax.

It went about as well as expected and reaction to that was more than a bit mixed on Twitter.
