I want to note that I am not Chinese but my husband and family are. I made these because my in-laws are super awesome and I felt bad whenever they spent so much money on mooncakes and now I understand why they're so expensive 😭

Next year I want to try the snowskin ones which are no big that are supposed to be much easier but I wanted to try to make it.
