Browning butter is when you melt the butter in a pan until it starts to change to a golden brown :D it makes a richer flavor for the butter and makes cookies better !!

Np! Baking the cookies will activate the baking soda yippee

Yeah, so baking soda will act as a leavening went it's heated as well as reacting with acids! :D and fun fact baking powder is baking soda + cream of tartar so similar principles! Vanilla extract (& all extracts) are an alcohol, technically kinda acidic but it doesn't really effect it much! Yippeee

I should try and cook these in my dorm microwave
