I’m not holding my breath for anyone to have principles these days.

That’s been my experience as well in some cases, but I’ve also had a few “come to Jesus moments.”

Of course, that’s not your responsibility or a failure if you don’t want to engage.

Sure, but there are plenty of people disillusioned by the process, and I thought this good faith response was much needed.

Working with teens who think things are fucked beyond repair (understandably), we’ve got to at least attempt to give our reasoning.

However, I wish people had as much moral clarity about anti-trans, pro-cruelty for the homeless, pro-genocide statements (and even worse, policies).

Actual policy or taking interviews with white supremacists on your podcast doesn’t elicit the same response.

No, the problem is she is incorrect. It is fine to say the vast majority of MAGA supporters are either racist or don’t care about racism (so racist). It is fine to call a spade a spade.

This, “we should never ever do this” is the exact coddling that got us into this mess.

Intuition, “common sense”, and business acumen—those are the real smart guys.

I literally said I have problem with his community and fans? For these exact reasons? As femme queer, not a very welcoming place sometimes—I’ve been on the receiving end of it myself.

One of my problems with Hasan’s community is how rude and bro-ish it can be. To see someone coming with a reasonable pushback and getting labeled as “WEIRDO YELLING” is sad.
