5k-ish a day should be ok, I ran for the first 3 months I started running - all between 3-4 miles and gentle - the shock to my system meant I lost 2 stone in those 3 months, although I've put a stone of that back on as my body adjusted to my new routine, only run 3-4 times a week now.

It's Tuesday so 2 gammon colleagues in today, they started off with the price of gold, then declared they were going to Google how much Gordon Brown had cost the country by selling off the gold reserves - I told them to next Google how much Brexit (both voted for it) had cost - silence*

There's a tribute act (I'll only catch the last 5 minutes of that if I do parkrun) they encourage dressing up (I won't be) the medal is TS themed and the race takes place on her birthday. There will be DJs playing her music after the tribute act has finished.

Well done on the run, I just booked a Taylor Swift themed run on her 36th birthday in Dec, it is less than a mile from where I will be at Parkrun and it starts an hour after I should finish at Parkrun - hope it's not snowing.
