We also observed that p53-R273H correlates with poor prognosis and metastatic behavior, promoting cell migration through vimentin upregulation - linking this mutation to EMT and enhanced invasive potential. 🧩

The primary CRC line showed diverse subpopulations under oxaliplatin, with some partially resistant, while the metastatic line responded uniformly - highlighting cell plasticity and tumor heterogeneity in treatment adaptation. 🔬

We found that p53 R273H triggers mitochondrial biogenesis via PGC1β and NRF1, driving a metabolic shift that boosts energy and cell migration in primary colorectal cancer - revealing how metabolism fuels tumor adaptation under chemo stress. ⚡
