I hope whatever system is replacing Elo also means that next RTN season if you top 4 then you are retired like what’s happening with PQ Yokohama. I want to see as many locals at Nats as possible!!

The good answer is B. both can, and Tyler (Slippy) gets first priority. However, the 'you' refers to the controller or owner of the card, in re: playing as an instant, so Nic can play it as an instant (the owner) before Tyler plays it as an action. #fabtcg #fabjudges
