Consequences of recent #SNAP turmoil is not over. Even if benefits make it to those who need them many have made ends meet by sacrificing other things -rent, utilities, etc. These effects will spill into the future for many. Karen Ehrens explains on @wuky.org.

We are following the latest #SNAP developments closely. USDA has decided to provide partial funding, which will leave many families short in their ability to purchase the food they need. This was avoidable!

Who's impacted by the upcoming end of SNAP payments? EVERYONE. It's not only the beneficiaries who will suffer. It is our communities, our small businesses, our food banks, our neighbors, and so many more. We CANNOT let those most in need pay the price for government disfunction!
