My wife and I were thinking about the holidays and all the people in our lives that we can only talk to through our memories because they are no longer with us. We are blessed to have each other to share our burdens each in our own way and take the pain out of loss.

I was honored to be guest instructor for a local kid martial arts school last week. It was a blast teaching younger children especially since my granddaughter is in that class.
