Last night I was hoping to get a photo of #Comet #Lemmon over Lake Champlain but ended up photographing the #Aurora. The sky was fairly overcast when I got there, but after an hour of waiting and taking photos the sky cleared up briefly. #apod #northernlights #vermont #astro #astrophotography

It's taking me a while to get used to this odd composite perspective as well, especially when I first saw it a couple years ago. After I did this composite, I did think about how it would have been nice to get some light from the window at night! I may try that in the future.
