That's definitely the best type of horror! In basically any form (movies, books, games...). And I can imagine it's tricky.

So I don't think anyone can make either of those claims (that dude's or yours) with authority. What's clear is "almost all Star Trek fans are male" is categorically false.

I can't find a lot of surveys and the two I have seen mentioned make quite different claims: that there's about 20% women in the fandom, or that they're about 50% or slightly more of the fandom.

None that I know of! Which is strange because Swedes are pretty obsessed with catching the few rays of sunshine in otherwise dark and cold months.

My dad is great with kids but struggles when his kids reach the teen years. I think it can be VERY triggering for people with trauma from the same time in their own lives, especially if their parents didn't provide an example of how to parent teenagers. Also: Teens sure can push buttons!

I really think the random use of ä and ö to replace o and a (by companies and in bad memes) has set people's understanding of the letters back... We were so close to getting Americans to understand they're different sounds. 😞

Question for the public: How much noise do DVD players usually make while playing a DVD?

I haven't had a DVD player in a long while and I'm trying to figure out if it's just increased sound sensitivity + bad memory, or if there's something with this particular player.

One really inconvenient thing about using My Ancestry for my genealogy research is that you can't have one person at several places of the same family tree. It used to be fairly common to marry a cousin, surely they should have thought of this???

I've seen a lot of people online suggest that being called "good girl" is hot but this is closer to my reaction.
