Cut paneer into cubes, covered in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and panfried. Added light soy sauce and sugar at the end to give one side a sweet char. Add 2/3 into sauce and simmer. Steam rice and mix with Matsutake mushroom seasoning. Consume~

Really fancied Paneer curry~
Sauce is olive oil, onions, bay leaf, soaked casshew nuts, curry powder, cumin, mushroom stock, tinned tomato, gochujang and all blended til smooth. Add rehydrated mushrooms into sauce.
