Such a great practice!! I started a daily gratitude journal in 2008 and it has made a huge difference for me! 3-5 gratitudes every night before bed!

Highly recommend replacing social media scrolling and posting with at least one phone call a day with people who are FOR you, who bring you JOY, who are a LIGHT in your day.
