Thinking about everything this show has given the Outlander fandom, one thing I keep going back to is how grateful I am that Caitriona Balfe + Sam Heuguan that got the roles of Jamie x Claire

Their dedication to + love of this show / its fans is so beautiful. Could not have chosen better leads 💜💜💜

I was so, so hoping that somehow they'd cross each other's paths when they were simultaneously on the run and we'd get a lovely moment with all four of them where each couple gets to see the other together and happy FINALLY 😩😭

Yes, that too. I think of the four leads Brian's character was the least consistent, which honestly is so surprising. Hopefully next season we'll see him solidify more and the writers will be more cohesive in what they want from him.
