Ok they've been just... too difficult to handle so my partner told them I'm not going to the wedding and it's specifically their behavior that put me off. I'm very bummed out just because I really hoped they could see where I'm coming from.

I really don't know what's the big deal. That form of dress has also been accepted as a form of clothing for women now so it's really no big scandal that I'm wearing a barong. I'm kind of feeling really targeted.

I'm gonna have to deal with this today I really don't know what to do. I'm kind of just at the point of fuck it I'll wear a gown but it's really gonna be on them that it's awkward that my partner's still gonna introduce me as their boyfriend at the wedding.

Kind of amazed that they've plotted this tbh. They've been saying that I shouldn't be making a big deal out of it bc its not my wedding (I'm not I'm literally following their dress code for men, but y'know, I guess I'm a girl) but if it's not such a big deal then why put in this much effort
