this guy is posting fake, ai generated, "historical" footage of disneyland. at first glance it looks great, but it's riddled with problems (if you're me), and none of it is labeled or watermarked.

and the comments are effusive. "amazing!" "best footage i've seen!". i truly hate this at a deep level

Wildest baseball play I’ve ever seen in the Brewers/Dodgers game.

Bases loaded. Fly ball to deep center. Fielder bobbles it, ball hits the wall, then fielder catches it. Throws home and gets the force out at the plate. Catcher then runs to third and gets a force out to end the inning.

I was thinking about getting some smart Christmas lights and using them to light up in orange and green and purple. Besides that, I’m not sure. I’m living in a new house (my first home!) so I’m not sure what to do for decorating. Also not sure what the HOA allows.

I have no interest in owning smart appliances that connect to the internet, but I would love a feature where you can update their clocks cia a smart phone. Not a permanent connection, just something that pulls the time on your phone and updates the clocks on the appliances.

My sentimental favorite: BABY BOOM. Incredibly of its time but in part a nice grown-up romcom.

I also like that she mentioned FATHER OF THE BRIDE. Some of it is very cringey, but, like I suspect a lot of people did, I made sparkly wedding sneakers for my sister because of that movie.

Kind of related to “no practice/redo’s,” something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is, “if I should do X (exercise, eat healthy, etc.) but I’m not willing to do it for myself (because I’m tired, lazy, whatever), do it for the people I love.”

This was one of my many complaints about WDW when I was an AP. I'm all for being able to get a WDW kid's meal to save some money, but I'd much rather have DL-style QS options. I'll never forget how surprised I was by the amazing food options when I first visited DL in 2013.
