vaseline / petrolatum doesn't help moisturize and i feel like my pores just get clogged instead so i prefer smth lighter like a balm

tried a new unscented lip balm bc I have lots of allergies + my usual one is no longer being made

woke up with swelling, cross checked ingredients... so i think im allergic to hemp seed oil too...?

can't afford a dr visit and meds so i half dose a supplement instead (it does help me be a bit more motivated + productive)

mental health update

i have been very depressed + anxious which led to me avoiding going outside for errands for a while

this is why i haven't yet mailed out the handwritten notes/postcards from Feb

i cancelled travel plans, stopped studying, and stopped applying to jobs but nothing has helped
