Oh no without mine I have anxiety and brain fog lol. But yeah unless I miss a dose in the mornings I’m fine all day. Only real side effect I’ve had is dry mouth when I first started it and the few times it’s been upped.

It still keeps me focused pretty well, a lot less brain fog and anxiety. Supposedly it takes longer to enter your system but I always noticed its effects pretty immediate?

Yeah I had zero appetite, nausea, and had to take a sleeping med to be able to sleep at night
