Have we simply forgotten

the difference

between the imagined

and the real (the present)?
thomaswe.bsky.social
The more immediate the present experience, the less imagined time remains for illusions

You are in this moment in direct contact with the reality of all things

In what is here and now, there is no space for the mind to imagine anything else for You

All there is is completely here, now

The clarity of the already present experience reveals ALL ILLUSIONS, for nothing else but this experience is happening.

Nothing but present sounds. Nothing but present sight.
Nothing but present feelings. Nothing but everything.

There is a felt release when we orient honestly towards the bodily sensations of this present moment.

Follow this release.

It is your guiding star to the truth.

Orient towards the release that you feel in your body when orienting towards the sensations of this present moment.

True humility means no longer saying ‘no’ to whatever this present-moment experience is, right now, right now, right now.

Divine self-acceptance.

What is it that there is awareness of right now?

Let there only be it.
thomaswe.bsky.social
The integrity that you seek to be in is already what is happening in this moment.

It cannot be found. It cannot be restored.

It was never lost.
thomaswe.bsky.social
Sensations are simply themselves and change exclusively on their own. Observe this.

Thoughts can trigger them, but thoughts have no direct access to them. Observe this.
thomaswe.bsky.social
The actual present-moment experience (as it is) is the highest and only goal we can have.

And it is always already achieved by the simple fact of it being always already present.

Now.
thomaswe.bsky.social
All those times you were brutally honest weren't actually humiliations.

They were simple revelations of reality. Nothing to be ashamed of.

You are not responsible for the reality of this moment.
thomaswe.bsky.social
Everything is already being it,

in this moment. And so are you.

Survival is not your highest desire.
thomaswe.bsky.social
Being who you are in this moment requires no explanation of how to be it.

The River is already flowing right now —that’s it.

No explanation needed.
thomaswe.bsky.social
Wisdom is not based on fear.
thomaswe.bsky.social
The mind is endlessly mourning the life that it is not living right now, instead of living the life that it is living right now, in this present moment.
thomaswe.bsky.social
Your mind will say “But it hurts!”, but Your soul will say “Yes, but it’s all ok.”
thomaswe.bsky.social
Comparison is not even the actual problem.

The issue is to compare yourself with others and the illusion that you have to change any differences, in this moment.

The present moment is unalterable.

You, right now, are a unique expression of it.

Suffering is basically all the mental urges in you that are delusional:

The urge to explain yourself
The urge to be different right now
The urge to know what you don't now right now
The urge to be a certain way
The urge to be somewhere else
The urge to be already in the future or still in the past

The beautiful art of Shira Barzilay.
thomaswe.bsky.social
No effort in the world can get you where you are right now.

Don't believe that effort will get you where you want to be, because you are already what you want to be.
thomaswe.bsky.social
Comparing thoughts are a hopeless hope.
They imagine a state that no one can reach.
What remains when all comparisons end?
thomaswe.bsky.social
No one likes to be endlessly compared to others

It’s a self judgement and the impression of scarcity is its natural outcome. It’s a separation from the whole and from oneself

And yet our mind is doing it so often

And we? Foolishly listen, because we think it is necessary to survive and thrive

Gaining clarity

about the already-present clarity

of this present experience,

is the clarity

that we seek.
