I don't want to be a contrarian here, but is it? Because I'd still argue that the broad majority of those who do not actively search information about human rights of trans people, have no idea of how bad it is. Like they might know that she's "gender critical" but not worse like John Cleese f.x.

Yeah, but is it? Rowling's hate campaigns are quite obvious to anyone who's terminally online or interested in trans rights.

But I'd wager that the general public still doesn't know about its extent. I'd wager for most people, it's still just,"She said something about trans women once, didn't she?"

I only got the into the vicinity of clear information but it seams that at least one of the heads of Bluesky got friendly with a right-winger and then they blocked a black person who criticised it.

I get that rapist are psychopaths and that fear is irrational, but as an actual father of two young girls I can tell you that this is simply something that is just in the realm of fears.

Well if this is your fear, I can put you at ease. This also virtually never happens. It's just so much easier just to be a cisgender rapist without going through the harrowing process of getting recognised as another gender

Thus first time offenders get the stick. Second time it's the whip. Third time they'll be thrown into the Lake of Geneva.

I want a Star Trek series set in the ancient days of the Klingon home world, in the style of Game of Thrones, that tells the story of the real Kahless and his apotheosis. How they slayed their Gods because they were deemed "more trouble than they were worth."

I want a Star Trek series completely set on an alien ship, world, & crew. Ideally outside the Federation. Bring back practical sets with a huge makeup budget. Give me Tellarites, Benzites, or Tamarians and give them the 1 token human character or crewman (not the captain).
