Bi Vis Day meet up!

1/ In the UK, in the 80s/90s, & frankly today too, bi men were blamed for the spread of aids because of things like this.

It's not the fault of bi men (and not just because 1/2 the men they're referring to are actually gay). It's the fault of homophobic politicians.
HIV: How husbands' secret lives are infecting their wives
Because husbands are having sexual relations with other men, the entire family ends up paying the price.

We’re constantly being told what to think by the papers, but are we listening?

The greatest fear the bigots have is trans people preventing puberty changes that alter the skeleton, voice, etc
It was never about ‘spaces’ it was about these scared, closed-minded, religiously-brainwashed cranks seeking to eradicate us.

I love Rita Mae Brown's work, but I absolutely do not agree that "most people are bisexual".
On This Gay Day | Rita Mae Brown was born
Brown is best known for her coming-of-age autobiographical novel 'Rubyfruit Jungle' which was released in 1973.

🛍️ This Black Friday NION Women are encouraging brands to ensure their shopping spaces are welcoming for everyone, including trans customers who continue to face uncertainty and exclusion.

Read our latest blog on why this matters, and what retailers can do to lead with integrity.
This isn’t just retail, it’s trans-inclusive retail - Not in our name
NION Women highlight why inclusive retail matters. We encourage brands to support trans customers, and show inclusion and equality for all.

@nhsengland.bsky.social destroyed kids lives by forceably detransitioning them.

This should be front page news (It won't be of course).

Please share this widely.

Is NHSE forcing young people to detransition?
The minutes of a meeting, leaked to NWBylines, strongly indicate NHSE does not want the prescribing of puberty blockers at WellBN to continue

Custom door mat. The bloke said usually people put "The Hardacre Family", "Welcome to number 34 Pryton Street" or "This home loves dogs".

Nah, that's not for us.

Our movers are both singing. Not the same song, not together, but singing nonetheless.

It's weird being around happy people.

I’ve been working on creating a term for all the governmental groups like the Cass Review, the EHRC, the Supreme Court, the Levy Review etc.

I’m describing them as examples of “contrived authority”.

The myth is circulating again that it was more radical otg activists and assimilationist gays ("boots and suits") teaming up that was responsible for queer communities' gains late '60s on.

The history doesn't back this up. What actually happened is more revealing. 🧵

Let's start with Stonewall...
