You're wrong on immigration: last time it was republicans who refused to fund social workers to deal with the immigrants' asylum claims. It was also Gov Abbot who bussed illegal immigrants to democrat-run cities.

San Francisco was able to offer free community college to its residents. Maybe offer free teacher's college for New York's residents?
