The best way to grow is to find a way to make it about you (the streamer) and not what you're doing/playing. You have to find a way to make people come back whatever you're doing.

The challenge is bigger, but that way, your growth is more stable.

A lot of them quit streaming afterward. When you get known for the game/theme you play and you stop doing that, you lose your value for your audience.

The problem is that I've seen so many streamers saying that the best way to grow is by nicheing. I've also witnessed those same streamers getting tired of their niche and trying to play something else. As soon as they leave that niche, they lose all their viewership.

If you think you can play that game/theme for the rest of your career, go for it. But what if you grow tired of that one game? What if you want to play other themed games?

I just saw those numbers on Twitter and I'm not even surprised.

So many people like the idea of streaming, but they don't really know what it implies. Streaming isn't easy, and even tho anyone can stream, it's not for everyone.
