Over the last 200k years, sea level has repeatedly swung by more than 100 meters as Earth cycled between ice ages & warm interglacials. The last interglacial (~125,000 years ago) had sea level several meters higher than today, while the last glacial maximum had sea level more than 100 meters lower.
