Am I wrong to think that Trump wanting to separate the MMR vaccine means 3 separate shots with 3 boosters each. That’s a total of 9 shots, presumably at 9 separate appointments. Kids and parents would hate that, as would insurance companies. Something the media should point out?
If the mainstream media is really interested in informing American voters they will show that clip of Reagan’s address. Print media should provide link. I won’t be shocked if most of them don’t.
The Reagan Foundation falsely claimed that that ad misrepresented Reagan’s address. Today Joe Scarborough played video of Reagan making that address which proved the ad reflected exactly what Reagan said. It’s in the public domain and available on YouTube. His debunking of the right’s lies was epic!
Igor sure seems naive to me. Americans who live on a diet of Fox News and other right wing media keep handing our government over to the candidates those billionaires own and the mainstream “liberal” media keeps playing the “both sides are equally bad” game.

Bernie is always starting another circular firing squad. He should ask himself if the reason we keep losing is that the other party doesn’t engage in this kind of self righteous indulgence and hasn’t done so for since the 90s because they realize that it weakens them.
Millions of people moved from poverty into the middle class when Clinton was president and we had the lowest poverty rate since 1979. The poverty rate for black Americans fell over ten points — from 33.1 to 22.5.
Why is no one pointing out that he is destroying the part of the White House designated for a First Lady. Is he abolishing that position too? Clearly Melania doesn’t want it and his “Christian” nationalist supporters think women should be staying home.

And yet R’s are seen as the manly men party, not the whiny, pathetic people they are always claiming to be victims of the big bad Dems who hurt their wittle feewings.
That doesn’t explain the double standard of the mainstream media that are constantly focused on the hurt feelings of Middle America but never about the very real pain of blue state voters. Personally I think part of the reason is they really see Dems as the “Mommy Party” and R’s as the strong Daddy.
That is my point. Candidates need to chosen based on their communities. If the key voters are Independents/swing voters they are easily swayed by fear of Dems being “too left”. My state went for Trump but elected a Dem governor because of those voters.
Not where I live in the Southeast. Dems win with moderates who are focused most on the economy. If it weren’t for the extreme gerrymandering we would win a lot more but state wide Dems keep winning top jobs like governor and AG.
Just saw the most recent AP poll. The issue polling worst for Trump/R’s is dropping the ACA subsidies — a whopping 72% of Americans disapprove, only 22% approve. That is as winning an issue as it gets. His polls are bad on other issues but this one is huge.Even MAGA worry about healthcare coverage.
