Staying focused on where you are and what you’re doing is today’s good idea. Pushing forward won’t help right now and your efforts and energy will be wasted. Ground deeply into where you are. Take your meds. Drink water and slow down. Let your brain rest. Nobody’s gonna argue. It’s your life.
