I am not fit. I don't like exercise. I tell myself it's because I don't have enough energy to exercise. Or time. Or that I'm worried the bouncing around will make my head pain worse. And besides, I already do mindful movement in the form of Tai Chi. Oh! And I walk the dogs most mornings. Surely that's enough? It's not.

I had to medically retire a couple of years ago because I was so sick with migraines - working less hours and from home made my days more manageable, less explanations needed, more rest-time built in. Hope things are getting better for you, L xx
As a non-drinking-very-respectable-person, it strangely hit very hard to be judged and condemned so flippantly...😅 My pride took a bigger hit than my convenience (he kicked me out of the cab) - I suspect there are a lot of bad stories like mine - here's hoping the world becomes more empathetic!
I know - it's rotten (my worst experience was being kicked out of a cab for being a slurring-drunk) - sorry for the late reply (I've got a daughter about to start her final exams!) Linda xx
