10K (6.2 miles) bike ride on the Towpath Trail today. They had just put down fresh gravel at about the 2 mile mark. That made things a bit difficult. Hard to pedal and steering became a bit erratic in the loosely packed deep spots. My legs are tired but it was still nice to get out.

We signed up for a monthly recurring donation. We grew up listening to NPR in and around Cleveland, Ohio. It has been part of our lives from the 1970s onward, educating us and keeping us informed. There is now a movement to stifle that mission. We'll help support you as best we can!

We were late in discovering it, but just finished the final episode of OITNB. It got sad towards the end but served as a reminder that not everyone gets a happy ending. I miss my friends from Litchfield already. 🥲
