(don't mind the fluff, i was brushing out the pages.) leather quarter cover with a corded spine, mixed cotton papers & a lot of charcoal sketches and tea stains. not sure on pages but it's 70,000+ words #destinyart

No, just no. The solution to changing an NHS gender marker is not to introduce a big pink triangle on our records. It is to make the database editing or the transfer process simple.

What would improve GP care?
Trans and non-binary people must be treated by their GP surgeries with respect, dignity and privacy, and without discrimination, in accordance with their rights.
GP surgeries should ensure staff understand and know how to act in accordance with relevant legislation, and that all patients feel welcomed and respected.

Trans and non-binary people should be protected from a loss of sex-specific healthcare (such as invitations for screening) if they change their gender.
The practice of giving people a new GP record and NHS number when people change their gender marker should end. Instead, a single NHS record should include details of both biological sex and any change to gender identity. This should be done in a way that ensures privacy, dignity and respect, and allows clinicians to provide the right clinical care.

The Department of Health and Social Care should also improve IT and screening systems to ensure trans and non-binary people don’t miss out on sex-based healthcare.

The government should develop a new LGBT+ strategy.
This should include steps to address the holistic needs of trans and non-binary adults. It should provide clarity on shared care arrangements and bridging prescriptions, and take action to cut long wait lists for gender dysphoria clinics and support people while they wait.

Drifter lore book finished! @beliyal.bsky.social came up with the list of stuff to include and I collated/formatted/bound it. 259 pages, not including blanks & endpapers. It's a birthday gift for a friend who loves Drifter but has read very little of his lore @destinythegame.bungie.net #destinyaotw

Hand bound book covered in green batik fabric, half light and half dark. There are brass corner protectors and the Drifter's twin snakes symbol is engraved into the cover.

Endpapers of the book. They're handmade paper, deep green and hand stamped (not by me!)

yeah no it is deffo available for shipping within the eu/to the uk - sometimes you have to fix the redirect yourself, or it bugs out a little. i'd clear out cookies and relog etc, or contact support in future first just to save yourself the obscene transatlantic shipping fees!! 💙looks great tho
