I’ve had very little sleep and a miserable eight hour shift and now my neighbours are doing diy *again*, but I’m too tired to go for a walk, send help.

I had one said I wasn’t entitled to a refund because it wasn’t delayed more than ten minutes. The entire thing was cancelled 🙃 I had to argue with them for MONTHS! I’m still annoyed 😂
