There’s a murder of crows that live in the wooded area behind my house and I love listening to them talk to each other this time of evening. Twenty or thirty of them were scattered across two houses earlier when I was out 🖤they’re gorgeous birds. I might try to befriend one.

I’m dreading the length this postal strike is going. My job is to literally pick books off shelves to mail out to people who live too far away from a branch. I also mail out inter-library loans. People aren’t stopping placing holds on books so the stacks I have ready to be mailed are gross. 😭
