I guess I'm cancelling my Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I don't have the time to justify $30/month. My backlog is too big as-is. I'll probably focus on finishing Avowed and drop it. I don't play only games, so there's really no point in even the basic level.

I'm late to the game but I decided to cultivate a sourdough starter and get into baking sourdough. However, after a week, the starter is not thriving and my self conference has never been lower.

The Xbox Showcase was really good. They showed a lot of games that I am excited to play. The handheld.. TBD. I just got a Switch 2 so I don't feel a strong need for that.

Woke up this morning and was able to order a Switch 2 from Costco (Mario Kart + a year of NSO for $225). It says it arrives tomorrow. My original pre-order still hasn't shipped so maybe I'll get lucky with this one.

Made it to the end of Act 2 in Exhibition 33. That's all I will say for the time being. Looking forward to exploring the world more in Act 3.

I've started going to the movies by myself (I recommend it). This afternoon I saw Clown in a Cornfield which was pretty fun, and I think it's worth seeing.

I've eaten like crap for the past few days. Minneapolis has this abomination called the Juicy Lucy burger. I've had two during this trip. I also found good cinnamon rolls. I had those for breakfast a majority of my mornings.

Attempted CO:E33 on Xbox Cloud Streaming on the hotel's wifi. I could tell it's a game I'm going to enjoy, but it's not a game that can be streamed in this setting.

I'm in Minneapolis for a few days. It's weird not being surrounded by mountains. It also makes me wish Portland had a more iconic art scene.

Reached Room 46 in Blue Prince (how are you spending your Saturday night?)! Really enjoyed the game. I know there's still so much more to do and see. Not sure if I can fight the randomness needed to solve all the puzzles. Is it worth it?

I had to stop at an important (hard to get to) spot on Blue Prince to go to work. When I came back, the game needed an update and I lost all the progress for the day. 😭

A little shocked there was no talk of Xenoblade Chronicles X getting Switch 2 enhancements. That game in 4k, HDR, and 60fps? That would be great.
