Beren's and Melon's feet. They're sitting on barstools, so they have their feet on little footrests. Beren wears black Oxford shoes, which are his formal shoes.

Melon: They did not have this dish last year, did they?

Beren: No, it's new.

Melon: I hope it tastes as good as it looks.

Beren and Melon are at Mimsy's Cottage Café in Olde Platz, Windenburg. They're sitting at a bar table. Beren eats a vegetarian feast of mushrooms, vegetables, and berries, and drinks a cup of hot chocolate. Melon looks happy as they talk with Beren, Beren looks like he's lost in thoughts.

Melon: You did your hair differently.

Beren: I just felt like dressing up for Winterfest, even though it's just the two of us.

Melon: It suits you.

Beren: Oh, thanks.

Beren has shaved, put on black trousers and a red, knitted jumper. He has put his medium length hair into a neat pony tail, instead of making his regular messy bun. Beren smiles and looks slightly downwards, as if he's feeling a little bashful from the compliment.

Beren: What do you think about doing the same thing as last year? Unless that would make you feel left out from not being able to eat.

Melon: Cafes are cosy, no matter if you eat or not. I would love to go to a cafe.

Melon sits down at the table with Beren. Beren has the eggs and toast on a plate in front of him and he drinks a glass of orange juice. Beren gives Melon a very subtle unsure look.

Melon: I hope that eggs and toast is an okay Winterfest breakfast.

Beren: I'm happy with anything you cook for me. You don't have to cook for me at all.

Melon: I think it is only fair, I charge for two hours less than you sleep. And I enjoy cooking for you, you are always very appreciative.

Beren sits down at the table. Melon adds some black pepper to the eggs and toast.

Since he just got up, Beren is wearing his hair down, has a stubble and he's wearing his green pyjama T-shirt with a UFO that picks up a cat. Beren smiles softly as he talks with Melon.

Melon looks happy as they pick up the pan from the stove.
