Fascinating autocomplete suggestions here.
If they want to make it an upgrade for everyone, hey, I'm not going to complain, but I need more characters than this!!!

So, couldn't they do something similar for extended character limits? It would be overcomplicated, I imagine, but would there be another way?

If you verify yourself, though, the official apps don't show it, right? The verification has to come from Bluesky or one of the other trusted signatories.

They pulled verification off, didn't they? I'm sure they could achieve higher character counts for paid accounts, at least in the official apps, if they wanted to.

Checkmarks are great for the people who need them, but my checkmarks are the handles. 😎

...happening. I guess I don't expect 25k characters like what X allows, but 300 per post more often than not hurts here.

Anywho, goodnight.

...going there to check a delivery status or start a return.

Sidenote — gotta love Bluesky's character limits. This would've been one tiny (by comparison of their character limits) reply on X. I sincerely hope extended character limits are a feature in the premium subscription, whenever that's...

...just use your own, separate, private account. I have one of my own that currently has nothing attached to it except Alexa data when I used to have one of their Echo devices at my desk.

Also, I could be wrong, but I'm almost certain my parents never check Orders unless they're specifically...

...is explicitly tagged in Orders as "Ordered by Matthew."

Not to mention, when you make purchases (products or Prime Video content) the account owner immediately receives an email anyway, so if you wanted to get something on Amazon, but you use a shared account,...

I just use my parents' account because it has all the history and Prime Video data (and purchases), but I've never ordered anything that I wouldn't be ashamed if either of them looked in Orders.

In fact, with their Shopping Profiles that plug in from Prime Video, everything I've bought recently...

I think I'm most confused by and concerned about "hide amazon orders." Why and from whom are the first two questions that come to mind.

Note: This is a copy of a note that I originally posted to social media, but felt would also benefit from being published here. Last week, I went downtown for the follow-up appointment to my...

Hm! That's a lot more pleasant-sounding than what I've heard others say.
January 12, 2026 at 7:06 AM
You're not bothered by Copilot? Also, fascinating!
January 12, 2026 at 6:53 AM
Mhm! Interesting historical events to be learned in these articles.

How's Outlook by the way? Also, what's Satchel One? I haven't heard of it.
January 12, 2026 at 6:49 AM
Well, that's fine, yeah. But other things, not so much.
January 12, 2026 at 6:48 AM
It's not horribly the same, but definitely not unique.

As it turns out, Roku's rechargeable battery remotes drain pretty quickly. Meanwhile, I've charged my Apple TV remote's battery once or twice in the many years I've had it.
January 12, 2026 at 6:35 AM
Yeah, that's great. I'm not sure, though; I feel like some things just shouldn't have rechargeable batteries. I'm not sure if a guitar tuner is one of those things, but you get my point.

Do you prefer it?

The number of times I have deleted a reply to someone else's post only to post the same reply again, just with a few extra words or a sentence or two, is incredible. 😂

Yeah, that's the stage we're at too. Just sad, really. I want snow!
January 11, 2026 at 11:23 PM
Where's the snow?! Nice photos otherwise.
