Lt Col (Ret) USAF, USN Vet, Former Wind Cave National Park Ranger, Husband & Father now running for Senate to stand up for people who work for a living.
The farmers I know don’t want a handout, they want to sell the fruits of their labor in a stable market. Instead, their crops rotted in the field because of this ridiculous trade war.

🚨🚨 New poll alert! 🚨🚨

Our movement to put people over parties is gaining momentum!

2,403 killed, another 1,000+ wounded. Today we remember Pearl Harbor, honoring the memories and sacrifices of Americans who died that day. Remember Dec. 7th.

The Treasury Department is celebrating Big Money’s success, but these numbers mean that regular people across the US are paying more for the same stuff.

More debt for the US taxpayer to pay for. It’s Big Money vs. everyone else.
December 6, 2025 at 7:10 PM
Teddy Roosevelt would be rolling in his grave seeing all these billion-dollar corporations in every industry merge to screw over regular folks for the sake of profit.

We need to stop this.
December 5, 2025 at 9:49 PM
Is anyone else tired of politicians from SD going national and giving us a bad rap?

Here’s my promise to South Dakotans: If elected to the U.S. Senate, I’ll give us a real and honest voice in Washington that speaks up for what we actually stand for.

In the 60s, the CEO-to-worker ratio was about 20-to-1. Now, that ratio is out of control.

Back when Elon was getting a *meager* $29 BILLION pay package, Tesla's CEO-to-Worker ratio was over 500,000-to-1. With his new TRILLION dollar package, that's a 34-fold increase.
December 2, 2025 at 6:24 PM
Elon Musk can get a pay package worth a TRILLION dollars, but America can’t do anything for 125 million Americans living paycheck to paycheck. This is wrong.

I agree with Marjorie Taylor Greene on this: “Corporate and global interests remain Washington sweethearts.” You can tell by looking at Mike Rounds’ campaign contributions.

We need to change that.

As an Independent Senator, I'd fight for working families tooth & nail. They're facing rising grocery bills, insurance premiums, and housing costs.

If politicians aren't making sure folks are healthy so they can feed & house themselves, what are they doing?
November 16, 2025 at 1:01 AM
The American dream keeps drifting further away. The average age for first-time homeowners is now 40.

That's an all time high & a blaring alarm that our system is broken. Working people deserve a fair shot at stability, not a lifetime spent chasing it.

Today we honor the brave Americans who served our country. Their courage, sacrifice, & dedication have protected our liberties since 1776.

Thank you to all veterans past & present for your service. I am proud to have stood with you in defense of our republic.

Actions speak louder than words. SD ranchers are waiting for Big Money Mike Rounds to stop "advising" on Argentinian beef imports & actually do something. It's only words until we see the follow-through.
October 29, 2025 at 7:10 PM
Corporate money ruins politics for regular folks. Elections should be decided by whoever has ideas the voters like best, not whoever has the richest backers.

As South Dakota's Independent Senator, I would fight to push Big Money out of politics.
October 27, 2025 at 12:16 AM
When it's billionaire tax cuts, Mike Rounds is all too eager to ignore the impact on regular taxpayers, but when it's helping his SD constituents afford healthcare, he won't even come to the table to talk. Who is he actually working for?
October 24, 2025 at 12:07 AM
We could afford ACA tax credits AND support American beef ranchers with the billions of dollars going to Argentina, but that doesn’t serve Big Money’s interests.

As South Dakota’s Independent Senator, I’d stand up for the little guy and ACTUALLY look out for Americans.
October 21, 2025 at 4:37 PM
Rapid City’s“No Kings” protest showed exactly why I’m running for Senate as an Independent.

Folks from all backgrounds came together for the principles of our republic’s Constitution: rule of law, popular sovereignty, & liberty.

People come first, not partisan elites.

I had a great time on @AmericanMuck, where we talked about why I'm running for US Senate and how I will give South Dakotans a real voice in Washington as their Independent Senator. Give it a listen!
🆕MUCK YOU! Brian Bengs joins @moedavis.bsky.social & @davidbwheeler.bsky.social to talk about his campaign for US Senate for South Dakota. Lt. Col Bengs served his country.🗽 Now he’s running to save it.🎧 Listen wherever you get your pods or → americanmuckrakers.com

This fight isn't left vs right. It's Big Money vs the little guys.

While working families are struggling, the top 0.1% saw their wealth nearly double since the pandemic to over $23 TRILLION.
October 18, 2025 at 2:20 PM
South Dakotans know hard work. We are tired of politicians telling us to push through the hard times while corporations at the top continue to profit. We are tired of bailouts for other countries while our agriculture markets dissolve. This economy is failing us today.
October 16, 2025 at 9:12 PM
The U.S. economy has its weakest job growth since 2010. Job openings are down, prices are up. Millions are unemployed.

We need Senators that advocate for regular people, not the ultra-rich and powerful.
October 14, 2025 at 5:25 PM
While it's still Native Americans' Day, I also wanted to share this:
The 1890 Wounded Knee Massacre was just that: a massacre. Attempting to overwrite it as a "battle" as the DoD did last month is ahistorical and disrespectful to South Dakotans.
October 14, 2025 at 12:55 AM
Today we celebrate the cultures & contributions of Native peoples, while reflecting on the unjust legacy of displacement & assimilation. Let's continue to teach and learn that history.

Happy Native Americans' Day, South Dakota.
October 13, 2025 at 7:52 PM
It is no secret that Washington doesn't work for working people.

Why would we send Mike Rounds back to Washington for another six years when he helped create this mess in the first place.
October 10, 2025 at 11:34 PM
Politicians have put parties ahead of people for far too long now.

Our elected leaders can't even do their basic job to keep the government open. SD deserves better.

I pledge to always put people ahead of partisanship.
