I was extra worried that the water seepage was happening so early in the season, normally it takes prolonged rain to get the seepage to start, but I guess we did just get hit with a lot of rain in a 24 hour span, almost an inch and a half since yesterday and still going.

paid $950 to replace the shingles on my fur shed roof and rainwater is still soaking into the wood around the skylight, feeling uhm, rather defeated atm

first storm of the season rolling in and this tree is CREAKING, we have never heard it CREAK before. Prediction that it is gonna drop something, maybe huge this time, maybe not with this storm as extreme wind is not predicted, but BOY I am dreading the next big wind event that blows thru here fk

and the eldritch being honestly wants to belong in the human world and is really trying to be compatible, but also has dangerous instincts from what it was before that it does not understand because it does not really know what it was before now besides being lonely, it's very freaking interesting

K buying a dedicated outfit to debut this purrmaid with (and then include with the the partial) because I *HAVE* to show this huge tail being worn so people know exactly what they are getting into <w<;;; I did not mean to make it a commitment to wear (might be too hard to wear if you are petite...)

I'm stuck here, the house is in joint tenancy with her and my sis so it will transfer without probate when she dies... which sounds really nice of her... but before that threatening to not leave us the house (that we've lived in since birth and financially contributed to) was her go-to when riled up

she says that her main problem is that he did not discuss it with her first, and I am just over here thinking he is a grown man with his own grown kid and does not need his mom's permission??? Especially move by the ocean where he's always wanted to live... No he has wait till she dies first???

It was interesting doing this expression, "worried" is not something you see much in fursuits at all let alone realistic ones (which we thought about pinned ears, but the ears are so iconic to the breed that we compromised and pinned one only slightly)

methylphenidate is the only thing that works for me, started trying ADHD meds in the 3rd grade but it was not until I was switched to methylphenidate in the 4th grade that everything clicked, I still remember the stark change in how school was, I went from special ed to honor student by 6th grade

like, shoot, I ask about general body type on my intake questions but that was after public snide on first a head looking really small on a client and then another looking really big (back in the LiveJournal days) I'm just trying to make sure no one is teased as being a bobble-head or a pin-head ;w;

I've not talked about it because I'm trying to keep this place not sad...
But my cat Rebel may be terminally ill, he became unwell quite quickly, lab work shows no explanation so the vet thinks it is cancer...
I keep hoping he'll get over whatever it is, but it's been over a week so I fear the worst

LOOKING TO BUY! This bright-orange mango creamsicle beaver fur that Fursuit Supplies used to carry eons ago.

Even hand-sized scraps are helpful but bigger pieces would be nice and so I am willing to pay $100 for a full yard, $50 for half a yard, $25 for a quarter yard

An artistic liberty commission with the following criteria given to me by the client: A maned wolf colored like a silver marbled fox, real/semi real art style, feminine, with a worried expression.

I am open for art lib work all year, just give me a prompt and see what I come up with :)

new adult cartoon called Haunted Hotel, went in knowing nothing, had no expectations, and I liked it. Not overly sexual, vulgar or violent. I thought I was gonna dislike the demon trapped in the body of Victorian child character but he become my fave. The outcome of the mean aunt ep is cathartic.

some people have some actual "big" plans for the future, like travel to another country, that kind of thing...

...meanwhile my biggest plan for the future is to plant some springtime serotonin this fall (daffodils)
