What is the importance of single cubicle, female only bathrooms?

Whilst I know I don't play that much 40k,
People complaining about 40k because of the terrain style really urks me
Like, unless you're only playing at tournaments, if it upsets you that much, just play casually with your friends and use whatever terrain is cool.

Bearing in mind I have 2.5k followers, the ONLY interaction I got was botts.
