Yoshinobu Yamamoto threw a complete game and held the Brewers to 1 run as the Dodgers took a 2-0 series lead. Game 3 is Thursday in LA.

Game 3 of the ALCS is tomorrow in Seattle.

Already seeing people repeat Jeff Passan's ridiculous claim that the Dodgers winning the World Series means automatic adoption of a salary cap. Spoiler alert, folks...the owners are gonna push for it no matter who wins. Also, baseball needs a salary cap.

Meanwhile in Milwaukee, the Dodgers held on to win a wild first game. Despite the Brewers coming up short, they gave the defending champs all they could handle and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see the series shift to LA tied 1-1.

No matter how you slice it, they're in big trouble heading to Seattle for Games 3 and 4 with George Kirby and Luis Castillo looming. For the Mariners, though, all they have to do is take care of business at home (like they did all year) to win their first pennant.

It was an Unhappy Thanksgiving for Blue Jays fans, who saw their team get throttled. The first two games of the ALCS left Toronto with more questions than answers. Questions like "why can't we score like we did against the Yankees?" and "is our pitching really this bad?"
